摘要
文章从全程化管理的角度,探讨了提高卫生管理专业大学生就业水平之道,指出严把入口的生源质量、提高教学环节的人才培养质量以及严把出口的就业促进工作,是提升就业水平的三大重要环节。
All--round advance in employment of health management majors can be enhanced from the expansion of social needs, and the improvement of training quality. Strictly controlling the entrance of new students is the premise,improving the teaching quality of the training session is the key and strict employment promotion is the guarantee.
