目的:分析医院药事管理委员在指导合理用药中的职能作用,适应新形势下医疗运行机制。方法:从国外合理用药指标,分析医院药事管理委员会现存问题,阐述相关制度的缺失。结论:加强药事管理委员在指导医院合理用药中作用,可进行组织再造,并建立健全促进合理用药工作的运行机制。

Obejective To clarify the importance of hospital pharmacy administration committee （HPAC） by expounding the operation of HPAC. Methods The existing problems in HPAC were analyzed. The domestic and foreign standards of rational use of drugs are compared and the deficiencies of the institutions involved are elucidated. Results ＆ Conclusions Organizational structure re--engineering is required and comprehensive operation mechanism should be set up to promote the rational use of drugs so as to intensify the active function of HPAC in supervising the rational use of drugs in hospitals.
