摘要 目的:探讨血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)和碱性成纤维细胞生成因子(bFGF)在大鼠乳腺增生中的作用。方法:通过制作乳腺增生的大鼠模型,采用酶联免疫法测定血清VEGF和bFGF含量及其在乳腺组织中的表达。结果:与正常组相比,模型组大鼠血清中VEGF和bFGF含量明显升高,在乳腺组织中表达增强。结论:模型组大鼠体内存在的某些血管因子被激活后,直接或间接促进了局部乳腺组织血管的增生。 Objective:To observe the effect of VEGF and bFGF in hyperplasia of mammary glands.Methods:The rat with hyperplasia of mammary glands were duplicated.The levels of serum E2,P and PRL were detected by means of radioimmunology.The levels of serum VEGF and bFGF were detected by ELISA.The expressions of VEGF and bFGF in the mammary were detected by immunohistochemical method.Results:Compared with normal group,the levels of serum E2 and PRL in model group were obviously increased,the levels of serum P in model group were obviously decreased,the serum VEGF and bFGF in model group were obviously increased.Conclusion:Some angiogenesis factors were actived to induce angiogenesis directly or indirectly.
