血尿酸与2型糖尿病及其心血管并发症相关性研究 被引量:10

摘要 目的:探讨血尿酸与2型糖尿病及其心血管并发症的相关性。方法:将200例2型糖尿病患者分为2型糖尿病非心血管并发症组、2型糖尿病并发心血管并发症组及正常对照组,分别检测血尿酸,对心血管并发症相关危险因素进行Logistic回归分析。结果:2型糖尿病并发心血管并发症组、2型糖尿病非心血管并发症组血尿酸均显著高于正常对照组,2型糖尿病并发症心血管并发症组血尿酸水平明显高于2型糖尿病非心血管并发症组;Logistic回归分析显示:年龄、病程、收缩压和尿酸对2型糖尿病心血管病变呈独立正相关影响。结论:尿酸是2型糖尿病心血管病变的独立危险因素。
