超声多普勒Tei指数评价糖尿病患者左心功能临床研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的:探讨彩色多普勒超声心动图Tei指数在评价糖尿病患者左心整体功能的应用价值。方法:筛选出无心脏病症状且超声心动图无左室二维结构改变的糖尿病患者和健康正常人对照组各50例,分别对其进行常规超声心动图检查,并测量包括Tei指数、E/A值、EF值、FS值等心功能指标,脱机分析数据资料并进行统计学处理,比较两组各参数变化,探讨各指标对糖尿病左心功能评估的意义。结果:糖尿病组Tei指数较对照组增加,两组比较有显著性意义。结论:Tei指数是一个敏感、简便、快速评价左心整体功能的指标,Tei指数能够先于其他心功能指标敏感地反映糖尿病左心舒张功能的改变,有助于早期发现糖尿病患者左室舒张功能障碍,可为糖尿病性心肌病变的早期诊治及预后提供依据。 Objective:To explore the application value of evaluating left ventricular function of diabetics by color Doppler echocardiography Tei index.Methods:to bolt 50 diabetic patients without cardiac disease symptoms and 50 normal individuals as a control group,to give them routine echocardiography and measure their Tei index,E/A,EF and FS,analyze the data off-line and carry out the statistical treatment,compare the variation of the parameter for both groups,and explore the significance of evaluation of the parameter the leftventricular function of diabetics.Results:The Tei index of the diabetics has increased compared to the control group,which is significant to the research.Conclusions :Tei index is sensitive and convenient and rapid to appraise left ventricular function.Tei index can precede other ventricular function index sensitively reflex the change of left ventricular diastolic function of diabetics,it can help early discover left ventricular diastolic functional disturbance of diabetics,and provide evidence to early diagnose and prognosis of diabetes cardiomyopathy.
