阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征与血清Cu、Fe、Zn元素的观察

A Study of relatiouship between Cu、Fe、Zn and obstructiv sleep apnea-hypopnea syndrome

目的:检测阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(OSAHS)患者体内微量元素Cu、Fe、Zn的变化,探讨其与OSAHS的相关性。方法:经多导睡眠仪(PSG)监测确诊的28例OSAHS病人作为病例组,选择9名性别、年龄和种族等与病例组相匹配的无OSAHS者为对照组。用原子吸收分光光度法检测血清中Zn、Cu、Fe的含量,并利用统计软件进行分析。结果:OSAHS重度患者血清中Cu的含量低于对照组,而Fe、Zn的水平在两组间无统计学差异。血清Cu与AHI呈负相关;甘油三酯与AHI呈正相关。结论:OSAHS患者血清Cu降低,同时AHI加重,加重OSAHS患者脂质代谢紊乱,促使心血管疾病的发生和发展。所以针对OSAHS重度患者补充适度的Cu,可预防OSAHS所引起的心、脑血管并发症的发生。

Objectives：To detect the change and association of Cu,Fe,Zn in patients with obstructive sleep apnea-hypopnea syndrome（OSAHS）.Methods：Atomic absorption spectrophotometry is used to detect the contect of Cu,Fe,Zn in serum for the patient group and the control group.The PSG results are used to determine the patients,28 in patient group while 9 in control group.Results：The concentrations of Cu in serum of the patients are lower than that in the control group,but there are no difference of the concentrations of Fe and Zn between the two groups.The concentrations of Cu in serum are negatively correlated with the AHI.The concentration of Triglyceride（TG）is positively correlated with the AHI.Conclusions：The concentrations of Cu in serum are lower in the OSAHS patients.And the AHI is associated with the metabolic disorder of lipid,which promotes the development of cardiovascular disease.There for Cu are needed in OSAHS patients,intaking Cu could maybe protect the cardiovascular from being suffered in OSAHS patients.
