WWOX在结直肠癌中的表达及其与Bax的相关性 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探讨WWOX(WW domain containing oxidoreductase)基因的表达与结直肠癌生物学行为及Bax表达的相关性。方法:应用免疫组化EnVision二步法检测58例结直肠癌中WWOX和Bax的表达,并以20例结直肠炎症为对照。结果:WWOX、Bax在结直肠癌组织中的阳性率分别为25.86%、58.62%,显著低于结直肠炎症的65%、85%,差异有显著性;WWOX、Bax在结直肠癌中的表达与患者的预后相关,差异有显著性,且WWOX的表达在癌组织的浸润深度间差异有显著性;WWOX与Bax的表达呈正相关。结论:WWOX与Bax参与调控结直肠癌的发生、发展,而且两者协同作用,在结直肠癌的预后中扮演了重要角色。 Objective:To study the relationship between the expression of WWOX(WW domain containing oxidoreductase)and its biological behavior,as well as its correlation with the expression of Bax in colorectal carcinomas.Methods:The expressions of WWOX and Bax were detected by Envision immunohistochemical staining in 58 cases of colorectal carcinoma tissues,and compared with those in 20 cases of colorectal inflammatory.Result:The positive rates of WWOX,Bax were 25.86%,58.62% respectively in colorectal carcinomas,which were much lower than those(65%,85%)in colorectal inflammatory.There was significant difference between the two groups,The expression of WWOX,Bax in colorectal carcinomas tissues correlatied with the prognosis,and a significant difference of expression of WWOX in invasion in colorectal carcinomas was found,Expression of WWOX was positively correlated with Bax.Conclusions:WWOX and Bax correlate with occurrence and development of colorectal carcinoma.They play a key role in the prognosis of colorectal carcinoma.
