组织多普勒Tei指数评价妊高征胎儿右室功能的研究

Assessment of Right Ventricular Function of Fetal in Pregnancy-induced Hypertension Syndrome with Tissue Doppler Imaging Using Tei Index

目的探讨应用脉冲波组织多普勒显像技术(PW-TDI)所测Tei指数评价妊娠高血压综合征(妊高征)胎儿右室功能的临床价值。方法记录36例孕龄28～40周的妊高征孕妇胎儿(妊高征组)及30例孕龄28～40周健康孕妇胎儿(对照组)的三尖瓣环的PW-TDI频谱图,测量相关时间间期,并计算出Tei指数。结果妊高征组右室Tei指数均较对照组显著增高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论用右室三尖瓣环的PW-TDI法获得的Tei指数可以较敏感的反映妊娠晚期妊高征胎儿右室功能的变化,是评价其右室整体功能的较好指标。

Objective To investigate the value of Tei index derived from pulsed wave-tissue Doppler imaging（PW-TDI）in evaluating the fetal right ventricular function of pregnancy-induced hypertension syndrome.Methods A total of 36 fetuses of gestational age of 28-40 weeks with pregnancy-induced hypertension（PIH）syndrome and 30 normal fetuses of gestational age of 28-40 weeks were involved in this study.PW-TDI of tricuspid annulus and related time interval were record,then measured the TDI-derived Tei Index.Results Tei Index of right ventricular in PIH group was significantly higher than that in control group（P〈0.001）.Conclusion Tei index measured by PW-TDI acquired from tricuspid annular is a sensitive indicator of right ventricular of fetuses with PIH in late trimester of pregnancy and reflex well the right ventricular global function.
