克罗恩病合并巨细胞病毒病1例
摘要
患者女，43岁，因反复腹痛9年、腹泻2年，加重伴发热、呕吐10d入院。曾于我院门诊作结肠镜示：结肠溃疡。病理诊断为：克罗恩病（Crohn’s disease，CD）。予艾迪莎治疗后腹痛逐渐缓解。维持治疗3年。2年前出现腹痛、腹泻，解黄色稀便，3～4次／d，无黏液脓血便、发热。予强的松和硫唑嘌呤治疗3个月．停强的松后继续服硫唑嘌呤，腹痛、腹泻缓解。
