Optimization of the Extraction Technology of Qinggan Lidan Capsule by Orthogonal Experiment

目的:优选清肝利胆胶囊醇提工艺。方法:以大黄总蒽醌含量、乙醇浸出物量、三氯甲烷萃取物量和正丁醇萃取物量为综合指标,乙醇提取量、提取次数、提取时间为考察因素,通过正交试验优选清肝利胆胶囊最佳醇提工艺。结果:最佳醇提工艺为加8倍量80%乙醇提取2次,每次1.5h。结论:该提取工艺合理、简单可行,可为大生产提供理论依据。

OBJECTIVE： To optimize the extract technology of Qinggan lidan capsule.METHODS： The extraction technology of Qinggan lidan capsule was optimized by orthogonal experiment with the content of anthraquinone and ethanol extract, the extracting amount of chloroform and n-butyl alcohol as index and with extracting amount of ethanol, extracting frequency and extracting time as factors. RESULTS： The optimal extraction technology was adding 8-fold, extracting for 2 times and for 1.5 h. CONCLUSION： The extraction technology is appropriate and feasible and it provide theoretic basis for the production of Qinggan lidan capsule.
