竞争情报和知识管理是近年来研究较多的领域,文章阐述了知识管理与竞争情报的涵义、二者之间的相互关系和作用,提出了知识管理和竞争情报之间整合共建的设想,并分析了两者在发展趋势上存在的互补共融性,提出在知识经济时代以二者契合为基础的知识竞争理念。

competitive intelligence and knowledge management are the fields researched frequently in recent years. This paper deseripes the meanings of competitive intelligence and knowledge management, the relationship and function between them, and gives an assumption of the integration andthe combining competitive intelligence and knowledge management. It then analysises the complementary nature of communion in the develepment trend between them, and offers an idea of knowledge competition in knowledge - based economic society based on eompetitive inielligence and knowledge management. 11 refs.
