摘要
互联网日益普及的今天,图书馆服务质量要得到提高,必须具备良好的服务文化。图书馆的服务文化,是一种管理型文化,它是图书馆在为读者服务工作中形成的理念、制度规范、行为准则与组织架构的总和。图书馆服务文化的提出与发展,是图书馆事业发展到一定阶段的必然产物,是图书馆服务工作和科学管理的客观要求。因此,必须加强对图书馆服务文化建设的研究。
With today's popularization of the interact, to improve the library service quality we must have good service culture. The library service culture is one kind of management cultures which is the sum of the idea, the system standard, the behaviour standards and the organizational structure formed in the libraries' service to readers. The statement and development of library service culture is the inevitable product of the librarianship developing into certain stage and the objective requirement of the library service work and scientific management. We must strengthen the research on the library service culture construction. 4 refs.
