对部分高专院校图书馆人力资源现状进行了调查和分析,有针对性地对现阶段高专院校图书馆运用现代人力资源管理理论进行了检测,并提出了基本对策、管理目标以及实施以人力资源管理为主要内容的改革方案。

Through investigating and analyzing the current situation of library human resources management in some junior colleges and universities , this paper examines the theory of modem human resources management in the application of junior college libraries and proposes the essontial , the management goal as well as the reform programs of implementing human resources management as the primary eoverage. 7 refs.
