摘要
高应力区巷道支护技术成为制约煤矿安全生产的难题之一。魏家地煤矿1070运输大巷受高应力软岩及穿层构造的影响,经过多次返修,仍然处于不稳定状态,变形严重,影响巷道的安全使用。分析了高应力来源,1070运输大巷的破坏特征和形成原因,基于不同特征段围岩松动圈测试结果,提出了以锚网(索)加锚注为主的返修方案。现场试验表明:返修后巷道变形稳定且在允许的范围内,该返修支护方案是合理的。
The support technology of the mine roadway in the high stress zone has become one of the difficulties to restrain the mine safety and production. The 1070 transportation roadway in Weijiadi Mine was influenced by the high stress soft rock and the tectonics passed. Though several repairs and maintenances conducted, the transportation roadway was still in unstable state and serious in deformation. The safety application of the mine roadway was influenced. The paper analyzed the high stress sources coming from, the failure features and causes of the 1070 transportation roadway. Base on the measured results of the surrounding rock released rings at the different features zones, a repair plan mainly with the bolt, steel mesh (anchor) and holt/grouting was provided. The site test showed that after the repair, the deformation of the mine roadway was stabilized within the allowed scope and the repair and support plan was rational.
