Analysing the significance of coal mine dispatching drawing＇ s digitization, and then using geographic information system technology, through real -time data and spatial data engine, with monitor supervisory system on -line, builds a managing system for coal mine dispatching drawings, implements the visualized operation of coal mine production dispatching, security dispatching and other works. Describes the system design and implementation in detail, at the end of paper, an example about graphic process subsystem of the coal mine dispatching drawings system is presented.
