摘要
介绍了碎煤加压固定床气化技术的发展历程、工艺特点,以及典型的Mark-Ⅳ型Lurgi气化技术的工业应用;对现代煤化工可选用的主流气化技术进行了简要分析,指出了碎煤加压固定床气化技术在褐煤气化方面具有的比较优势。最后对BRICC内径100mm小型固定床加压气化试验装置进行了介绍,该试验装置在煤样试烧评价、取得煤样气化特性数据以指导煤化工项目设计中具有重要作用。
The development and application of the pressurized fixed bed coarse coal gasification technology as well as the commercialized Lurgi Mark-IV gasifier is presented in this paper.Comparing with some other coal gasification technologies available today in the world,the pressurized fixed bed gasifier is preferred with lignite as the feed.The BRICCΦ100mm bench-scale gasifier is also presented in this paper.The said gasifier is of great importance in obtaining coal testing evaluation,aehieving gasification property data of coal samples which can serve as the design basis of coal-based chemical projects.
