劣质煤+石灰石在水煤浆气化中的应用探索

Application of Low-quality Coal+Limestone in the Coal Water Slurry Gasification

分析了Texaco煤气化工艺对煤种的适应性选择,介绍了陕西神木化学工业有限公司气化系统使用劣质煤加石灰石的试烧情况。结果表明,汇森煤(劣质煤)添加少量石灰石(1%左右)可以满足公司Texaco水煤浆气化用煤的要求,在为公司带来一定效益的同时,也可为其他采用水煤浆气化工艺的企业提供一些参考。

The adaptability selection of the Texaco coal gasification process was analyzed and the tested application of low-quality coal plus limestone in the coal water slurry gasification by Shaanxi Shenmu Chemical Industry Co.,Ltd.was introduced.The test result shows that the Huisen coal（a kind of low-quality coal） plus a small amount of limestone（approximately 10%） can meet the requirement of the Texaco coal gasification process.This brings benefit for the company, besides,it can serve as a reference for other enterprises adopting Texaco coal gasification.
