摘要
阐述了使用A-O生物脱氮法对原有SBR工艺进行改造的开工调试情况,包括在高浓度进水条件下细菌的驯化过程,以及生产工艺参数的调试和优化控制。投产后运行结果显示,出水酚和氰的处理效果较改造前略有提高,COD和氨氮的处理效果得到了显著提高,外排废水中酚、氰、COD和氨氮等指标均稳定达到国家二级标准。
This paper gives a brief account of the startup and adjustment of the A/O biological denitrification method after being altered from the previous SBR method.It includes the process of domestication of germs with a high concentration of influent wastewater,the adjustment and optimization of operation parameters.After the new technology was put into practice, it demonstrated that the disposure level of phenol and cyanide was remarkably improved and the phenol,cyanide,COD and NH_3-N content in the effluent wastewater could stably within the limit of the national classⅡdischarge standard.
