车险骗赔防范研究——基于车险实务的视角

The analysis of preventive measures against motor insurance frauds——Based on the perspective of motor insurance practices

本文从当前我国车险市场骗赔现状和车险骗赔的常见类型作为切入点进行分析,从投保人、保险中介和保险公司工作人员、汽车维修商、以及专业骗赔团伙的角度分析了典型骗赔类型,得出了骗赔案件的共性。在此基础上,本文基于车险实务的视角,从微观——保险公司、中观——行业组织和宏观——政府三个层面提出了防范车险骗赔的政策建议。

The article proceeded from the motor insurance frauds situation in the market and the common types of frauds, and analyzed typical types and common features of claims frauds from the perspectives of the insurance ap- plicant, insurance intermediaries, insurance company staff, motor vehicle repair shops, and professional motor in- surance fraud groups. On the basis of the above analysis, this article offered some advice to prevent claims frauds from the micro-level （insurance company）, meso-level （industry organization） and macro-level （government）.
