摘要 温拌沥青混合料作为一种节能环保的绿色混合料,近年来得到了道路工程界的广泛关注。该文较为全面地介绍了温拌技术的发展历程,目前国外已有的温拌技术的工作原理,混合料的制备工艺及降温幅度等。开发了一种自主的基于软质沥青预拌、岩沥青粉末复配技术的温拌沥青混合料制备方法,该技术制备出来的温拌混合料的温度降低30℃~40℃,性能与热拌沥青混合料基本一致。 The warm mixing asphalt mixture,taken as an energy saving and environmental protection-type green mixture,has been concerned widely in the road engineering field in recent years.The article introduces the development course of warm mixing technology,and the working principle of warm mixing technology,making technology of mixture and extent of temperature reduction now in the foreign countries.An independent warm mixing asphalt mixture making method based on the soft asphalt pre-mixing and rock asphalt powder combination technology has been developed.The temperature of warm mixed mixture made by this technology can be reduced by 30-40 0C.Its performance is basically identical with the hot mixed mixture.
