Realization of Party Members' Subjectivity:the Limitation and Route Design

尊重和实现党员主体地位是发展党内民主的基础性工程,事关党的事业发展和党的前途命运。由于目前党内的政治空间和制度架构还没有为党员主体地位的实现创设优越环境,尊重和实现党员主体地位自然面临着许多制约性因素。因此,我们必须深入剖析这些制约性因素,在此基础上探究党员主体地位的实现途径,有的放矢地为党员主体地位的实现设计科学路径。

To respect and realize Party members ＇ subjectivity is a basic project in the development of inner- Party democracy and crucial to the Party＇s present cause and future. However, there are still limitations to resist in the completion of the above-mentioned project since the inner-Party political atmosphere and system structure at present cannot provide the realization of the subjectivity favorable conditions. There- fore, these limitations must be seriously explored so that practical ways of subjectivity realization will be found out and scientific routes will be designed accordingly.
