补肾固黄汤改善胚泡着床障碍小鼠子宫内膜组织形态的实验研究 被引量:9

摘要 目的观察中药补肾固黄汤对胚泡着床障碍小鼠子宫内膜组织学形态的影响。方法将45只雌性昆明小鼠随机分为中药组、模型组、正常组。中药组在孕前预防性行补肾固黄汤灌胃2次,孕后每天灌服补肾固黄汤;其余两组给予等体积生理盐水。妊娠第4天中药组、模型组皮下注射米非司酮溶液造成小鼠胚泡着床障碍。妊娠第5天,收集各组小鼠子宫,应用光学显微镜观察小鼠子宫内膜组织形态学变化。结果妊娠第5天,模型组小鼠子宫内膜腺体数量少、腺腔小而直,间质细胞体积小,间质紧密;而正常组则表现为腺体数目多,腺腔扩张、弯曲,腺腔、宫腔均有较多分泌物,间质疏松、水肿;中药组与正常组相似。结论补肾固黄汤可以改善胚泡着床障碍小鼠子宫内膜组织学形态,从而提高子宫内膜容受性。 Objective: To study the effect of Bushenguhuang Decoction on endometrial morphology of mice with embryonic implantation dysfunction. Methods: 45 female Kunming mice were randomly divided into treatment, model and normal group. The treatment group was administered by Bushenguhuang Decoction garage twice before pregnan- cy. After pregnancy, treatment group was treated by Bushenguhuang Decoction gavage daily, while the other two groups with saline solution of the same volume. On 4th day pregnancy, treatment group and model group were injected with mifepristone solution subcutaneously once to establish models of embryonic implantation dysfunction. On 5tb day pregnancy, colleting the uterus of all groups, the endometrial morphological changes were observed by optical microscope. Results: Compared with the other two groups, the number of endometrial glands was decreased, and the glan- dular cavity smaller in the model group. The treatment group was similar to normal group. Conclusion: Bushenguhuang Decoction can improve the endometrial morphology of the mice with embryonic implantation dysfunction, thereby enhancing the receptivity of their endometrium.
