摘要 目的观察葛根素对血管性痴呆(VaD)大鼠脑组织Na+-K+-ATP酶的含量及病理学改变的影响。方法采用中动脉阻塞法制备VaD动物模型,检测脑组织含量,HE染色病理及梗死体积变化。结果模型组较空白组海马及大脑皮质Na+-K+-ATP酶含量减少,神经元丢失及胶质细胞增生,大脑梗死面积明显增加。葛根素组较模型组海马及大脑皮质Na+-K+-ATP酶含量、神经元损伤得以恢复,大脑梗死体积有所改善。结论葛根素对血管性痴呆有一定防治作用。 Objective: To observe the effect of puerarin on Na+-K+-ATPase levels of brain and pathologic changes in vascular dementia (VaD) rats. Methods: The VaD rat model was established by middle cerebral artery occlusion. The Na+-K+-ATPase levels of brain, pathologic changes (by HE staining) and infarct sizes were measured. Results: Compared with blank group, the Na+-K+-ATPase levels in cerebral cortex and hippocampus were reduced, the nerve cells were damaged, the glial cells proliferated and the infarct sizes were augmented, of model group. Compared with model group, all above-mentioned indices were improved in puerarin group. Conclusion: Puerarin can prevent and cure the vascular dementia to some extent.
