摘要
农产品营销中介组织在推动农产品流通,促进农业产业化方面有着重要作用。目前,黑龙江省农产品营销中介组织资源分散,服务绩效低下。因此,应整合资源,搭建农产品营销中介服务平台。本文提出了农产品营销中介服务平台的建设目标,构建了服务平台的体系结构,指出了中介服务体系的网络化联结模式,并从政策平台的支持角度提出了一系列的建议。
Agricultural marketing intermediary organizations have important roles in agricultural products promotion and promoting the industrialization of agriculture. At present, agricultural marketing intermediary organizations of Heilongjiang province have scattered resources and poor service performances. Therefore, we should integrate resources and set up agricultural marketing intermediary service platform. The paper proposed the goal of building agricultural marketing intermediary services platform, built the platform architecture, pointed out the network connecting mode of intermediary service system, and put forward a number of recommendations from the policy supporting point of view.
