阿霉素心脏毒性的药物防护 被引量:8

摘要 阿霉素可治疗众多实体瘤及白血病,但其临床应用受到了心脏毒性的限制。阿霉素心脏毒性的机制主要与自由基、钙超载、细胞凋亡和线粒体损伤等有关。针对ADM心脏毒性发生的机制,目前研究者对防护药物在自由基清除剂、钙拮抗剂、细胞凋亡抑制剂、线粒体保护剂和中药等方面进行探讨并取得了较大进展,从而为提高ADM的临床应用安全性提供了一定的科学依据。
