生物芯片在非小细胞肺癌分子分型研究中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 肿瘤分子分型是从系统生物学角度采用现代高通量分子分析技术为肿瘤分类提供更多的信息,从而使肿瘤分类的基础从形态学转向以分子特征为基础的新的分类体系。肿瘤分子分型既与肿瘤组织形态学分型相关,又是对后者的补充。本文介绍肿瘤分子分型的概念及应用生物芯片在非小细胞肺癌分子分型的研究进行综述。
