A New Type Position Detection Circuit for a CNC System

提出了一种以旋转变压器为检测元件，以新型鉴相方式工作，以MCS─51单片机为控制器的数控系统位置检测线路，理论上该检测线路的分辨率可达0．00048mm。这种检测线路既避免了传统鉴相检测线路的缺点，又体现了结构简单、抗干扰能力强，成本低的优点。

This article introduces a new position circuit for CNC System using rotating transformer as ddecting element and MCS-51 single-chip micrcomputer as the controller. In theory,it's discrimnation rate is O. OOO 488mm. It notonly avoids the disadvantages of traditional one but also has single structure,strong anti-disturbing ability and low cost.
