脂联素基因rs6773957(A/G)多态性与代谢综合征相关性研究 被引量:1

摘要 脂肪细胞可分泌脂联素、瘦素、抵抗素、内脂素等多种细胞因子,在代谢综合征(MS)发病机制中发挥重要作用,脂联素参与糖脂能量代谢,研究显示,MS患者血清脂联素水平下降。人脂联素基因(apM1)定位在染色体3q27上,3q27是MS的易感位点,而且有较大频率的单核苷酸基因多态性。脂联素基因rs6773957(A/G)多态性可部分调控脂联素基因表达水平,可能与MS存在关联性,但不同种族、不同地区研究结果存在差异,本研究旨在探讨秦皇岛市汉族人脂联素基因rs6773957(A/G)多态性与MS的相关性。
