摘要 遥感考古是以遥感数据为基础资料而进行的研究工作,目前它主要用于考古遗迹的分布调查和预测、地上地下古遗迹的存在性及分布格局探测、古遗迹的空间制图、古遗迹及所在环境的虚拟复原。遥感技术能够快速有效地探明地上和地下古遗址的分布信息,在现代考古中发挥着十分明显的作用,已逐渐成为考古勘察特别是大型遗址前期勘察中一项必不可少的工作程序。遥感技术的日新月异以及考古学的新目标、新需要不断出现,利用遥感技术进行田野考古研究的工作已经取得长足进展。本文回顾了遥感考古的历史,并重点介绍了当前国际上遥感考古研究的最新发展。 Remote sensing in archaeological works with remote sensed data as the main raw material,and presently it mainly applied to in-door investigation and prediction of the archaeological sites,detection of both the underground and above ground sites,mapping the sites and virtual recovery of the sites in history. As a method of detecting the archaeological remains both the above and under ground with high precision and no damage to the targets in a short period of time,remote sensing has gradually become indispensable procedure of the preliminary field investigation,especially for the grand sites.With emergence of the new techniques,new methodologies,and new demands,the remote sensing applications in archaeology have undergone steady progress.This article introduces the brief history of remote sensing in archaeology,and presents the current developments of remote sensing applications in archaeology.
