摘要
在5种不同的工作压力下,采用直径为40 mm,壁厚为2.4 mm,孔径分别为0.9、1.1、1.3、1.5 mm的PVC微喷灌管,进行单孔流量及近似射程试验,根据试验结果选择近似射程最远的孔径为1.3 mm的微喷灌管进行研究试验.结果表明:PVC微喷灌管单孔喷水量分布的基本特征与旋转式喷灌有本质区别,但与微喷带相似.为此,采用微喷带的评价指标来描述PVC微喷灌管的喷水量分布特性.
The single hole flow and spraying range of the PVC pipes with 40 mm diameters and 2.4 mm wall thickness and different hole diameters such as 0.9,1.1,1.3,1.5 mm under different work pressures,were studied,and the hole diameter of 1.3 mm with the furthest approximate spraying range was choosed as experiment object.The result showed the basic characteristics of spraying water distribution of PVC micro-spray pipe with single hole was different from rotary spray,and was similar to the thin-soft spray tape, and the distribution characteristics of spraying water of PVC micro-spray pipe was described by using evaluation index of thin-soft spray tape.
