Ca^2+、calpain-2和AQP1在大鼠糖尿病性白内障晶状体中的变化及意义

摘要
晶状体的透明依赖于晶状体蛋白质、水、电解质等的正常生理代谢,晶状体囊膜尤其是囊膜下上皮细胞的正常生理功能是维持晶状体透明的重要因素。糖尿病性白内障(diabeticcataract,DC)是糖尿病患者常见的眼部并发症,其病理变化主要是晶状体前、后囊膜下皮质纤维化和混浊,其发病的分子生物学机制至今仍不明确。
