孤立性致心律失常性左室心肌病
摘要
患者男性，58岁，因反复胸闷心悸1个月入院。患者于入院前1个月，晚饭后无明显诱因下出现胸闷不适，持续5h不缓解，无意识丧失。次日胸闷心悸时至外院就诊，血压测不出，心电图为单形性宽QRs型心动过速，心率141次／min，予电复律转复。外院住院治疗期间予利多卡因、可达龙静脉滴注。此后再次出现2次类似发作，予电复律转复，利多卡因、可达龙静滴后好转。
