乳腺原位癌研究的新进展 被引量:7

摘要 乳腺原位癌一直是肿瘤病理学领域的研究热点。虽然关于乳腺原位癌的研究报告已经有很多,但是近年来一些新的进展很值得关注,例如:乳腺导管内癌(DCIS)的分子亚型、细胞遗传学、进展途径、临床诊断和治疗等方面的研究;乳腺小叶原位癌(LCIS)的克隆性、染色体变化及变异类型的研究;以及DCIS和LCIS关系的研究等。在此综述如下。
