摘要
用酸性牛神经肽1(ABNP1)进行了对抗吗啡引起小鼠竖尾的实验研究和ABNP1的成瘾实验。结果表明:05g/kg的ABNP1可以100%地抑制吗啡引起的小鼠竖尾;025%的ABNP1可50%地抑制吗啡引起的小鼠竖尾;0125g/kg的ABNP1可10%地抑制吗啡引起的小鼠竖尾。每只小鼠每d给于050,025和012g/(kg·d)的ABNP1,连续10d给药之后,给于5mg/kg的纳洛酮催瘾后作跳台试验。结果:无一只小鼠跳下跳台。提示:ABNP1具有抑制吗啡的兴奋作用且在实验浓度内不具有成瘾性。
The test of that acidic bovine neuropeptide 1 (ABNP 1) inhibited the erecting tail of mice induced by morphine had been done.The result showed that 0.5 g/kg of ABNP 1 can inhibited 100% of the erecting tail of mice induced by 100 mg/kg of morphine.0.25 g/kg of ABNP 1 can inhibited 50% of the erection tail of mice induced by 100 mg/kg morphine.0.125 g/kg of ABNP 1 can inhibited 10% of the erecting tail of mice induced by 100 mg/kg morphine.This indicates that ABNP 1 can inhibit the excitement of morphine.At same time,the test of the addiction of mice induced by ABNP 1 had also been done.0.50,0.25 and 0.125 g/(kg·d) of ABNP 1 were injected into each mouse respectively,and ABNP 1 was constantly given mice in 10 days.Then,5 mg/kg of nalxone was injected in to a mouse.The result showed that no mouse jumped from the gangplank.This indicates ABNP 1 is no addiction at this test concentration.
