摘要
目的测定PI-211型姿势步态检查仪的正常参考值范围。方法通过腰部的倾角传感器提取人体摇摆角度信息,测试98名正常人睁眼及闭眼时直立、向前直行、往复前进后退和原地踏步4种状态下身体摇摆的角速度及行走偏向的角度,各项检查的正常参考值以面±s表示。按照性别分为男组和女组。按照年龄分为两组:A组(20~39岁)和B组(40-59岁)。采用SPSS11.0计算机统计软件对各组所有测试均值行配对f检验。结果检查结果示所有受检者闭眼时摇摆幅度较睁眼时稍大。男组48人,女组50人。上述4种检查男组睁眼时身体摇摆的平均角速度(°/s,右前向为正值,左后向为负值)分别为0.99、-0.35、0.03、0.02,闭眼时为1.08、-0.36、0.10、0.02;女组睁眼时为1.04、-0.36、-0.01、0.01,闭眼时为1.22、-0.37、0.04、0.06。行配对t检验结果示P=0.59(〉0.05),两组测试值的差异无统计学意义。A组54人,B组44人。上述4种检查A组睁眼时身体摇摆的平均角速度分别为1.01、0.41、-0.01、-0.01,闭眼时为1.10、0.26、-0.03、0.03;B组睁眼时为1.02、-0.76、0.03、0.04,闭眼时为1.20、-0.99、0.17、0.05。配对t检验结果示P=0.27(〉0.05),两组测试值的差异无统计学意义。结论本文为姿势步态检查仪的检测提供正常参考值。该值性别差异无统计学意义,20~59岁的受检者均可采用。该检查使临床上行走试验量化,可更精确地评价前庭脊髓系统的平衡功能。
Objective To measure the normal values of a new type of posturograph using inclinometer technique. Methods A total of 98 normal persons, including 48 males and 50 females, aged 20-59, were measured. The messages of postural average sway angular velocity and the angle of deflection were recorded by an inclined sensor fixed at the waist. Four tests were conducted in opening and closing eyes respectively: standing upright, walking forward, walking forward and backward repeatedly and walking at original site. The subjects were grouped by age and gender. Group A, aged 20-39, had 54 persons. Group B, aged 40-59, had 44 persons. The statistical significance was analyzed by T test. Results The swaying extent in closing eyes was wider than that in opening eyes. The average sway angular velocities ( degree/S, positive value: right and forward, negative value: left and backward) of male patients in the four tests in opening and closing eyes respectively were: 0. 99, -0. 35,0. 03,0. 02,1.08, -0. 36,0. 10,0. 02. Those of female patients were respectively: 1.04, - 0. 36, - 0. 01,0. 0l, 1.22, - 0. 37,0. 04,0. 06. And those of patients in group A and B were respectively: 1.01,0. 41, - 0. 01, - 0. 01,1.10,0. 26, - 0. 03,0. 03 and 1.02, -0.76,0. 03,0.04, 1.20, -0. 99,0. 17,0. 05. There was no statistical significance grouped by age and gender. Conclusion The normal reference values are provided here. There is no difference between males and females. It may be applicable in all subjects of 20-59 yr. This instrument can quantify the results of walking test so as to evaluate the balance function of vestibo-spinal system more accurately.
