蟒河污染对人群死亡率的影响

Influence of water pollution of Mang River on the death level of local people

采用回顾性调查方法，对黄河支流———蟒河污染区及对照区居民进行了１０万人年的死因回顾性调查。结果显示：２区人群在总死亡率、死因顺位和年龄别死亡率等方面差异无显著性；污染区男性恶性肿瘤死亡率高于对照区，但差异无显著性；污染区女性恶性肿瘤（以食管癌为主）及呼吸系统疾病死亡率高于对照区，差异有显著性。这表明虽然蟒河污染对沿岸居民总体死亡水平尚未造成影响。

By using the retrospective survey,the death levels and death causes of 100 000 person years were carried out at the pollution area along Mang River and control area,respectively.The results showed that the total mortality rate,the rank order of death causes and the age specific death rate of people at the pollution area had no difference compared with that of the control area,but the tumour mortality (especially esophegeal cancer) of the polluted area was statisticaly higher than that of control area.It is suggested that although water pollution has not showed obvious effects on the total death rate,it already has promotion in carcinogenesis of some cancers.
