摘要
为从细胞基质角度探讨维拉帕米(Ver)、肝素(Hep)、地塞米松(Dex)抑制后囊混浊的价值,用放免法检测了它们在体外对牛晶状体上皮细胞透明质酸(HA)合成的影响。结果:Ver可抑制HA合成,以20mg/L时作用最明显;Hep250mg/L以上呈浓度依赖性促进HA合成;Dex呈浓度依赖性抑制HA合成;Ver与Hep合用主要表现Ver的作用;Ver与Hep合用可增强抑制作用。
To evaluate the value of verapamil (Ver),heparin(Hep),and dexmethasone (Dex) in inhibition of posterior capsular opacifacation by cellular matrix metabolism,the effect of the drugs on hyaluronic acid (HA) synthesis of bovine lens epithelial cells were investigated with radioimmunoassay in vitro.The results showed that Ver inhibited HA synthesis and the most effective concentration was 20 mg/L;Hep more than 250 mg/L promoted and Dex inhibited HA synthesis and both were concentration dependent;combination of Ver and Hep just displayed the the effect of Ver,but Ver combined with Dex could enhance the inhibition.It is concluded that combination of 20 mg/L of Ver and 250 mg/L of Dex can produce the best inhibitory effect on HA synthesis.
