疑难病例析评 第200例 口干、眼干－四肢无力－蛋白尿

摘要 病历摘要 患者女，29岁。因口眼干7年，四肢无力1年余，浮肿1个月于2007年9月19日入院。患者于2000年夏季开始出现口干、牙齿片状脱落，双眼干涩、磨砂感，伴双侧腮腺反复肿大，双下肢紫癜样皮疹，未系统诊治。2001年5月于北京协和医院门诊查血、尿常规正常，
