新型干法水泥生产线精细运转的核心要求是节能降耗。其途径是:(1)确保系统能在最佳工艺参数下稳定运行,同时设备能实现完好状态下的高运转率;(2)创造"人"、"机"、"料"、"法"、"环"五个基本条件;(3)实施技改和人才培训。其条件是:(1)树立节能降耗是生产线精细运转的核心要求的管理理念;(2)充分掌握新型干法水泥生产线的特点和要求;(3)选用先进的节能技术及装备;(4)建立可实施的能耗指标考核制度。

The core request for meticulous operation to PC kiln production lines is energy conservation and consumption reduction. The main way for it consists in: (1) ensuring the whole system running in optimized process parameters stably, and all equipment operating in high availability at their perfect conditions; (2) creating five basic preconditions of Operators, Equipment, Materials, Methods and Surroundings; and (3) conducting technical renovations and operator trainings. The main conditions for it consists in: (1) establishing the management ideology to which energy conservation and consumption reduction is the core request for meticulous operation to production lines; (2) having a good grasp of features and requirements to PC kiln lines; (3) adopting advanced energy saving technique and equipment; and (4) creating an implements) inspection system for examining energy consumption targets.
