肾移植病人术后环孢素A血药浓度监测的意义

Significance of blood concentration of cyclospoin in 30 cases after kidney transplantation.

对３０例同种异体肾移植病人术后进行１２０次全血环孢素Ａ（ＣｓＡ）监测结果提示：在应用三联免疫抑制疗法中，未发生急性排斥反应和肾中毒的ＣｓＡ浓度值均在３００ｎｇ·ｍｌ－１上下波动。急性排斥反应ＣｓＡ浓度偏低，低于２００ｎｇ·ｍｌ－１，肾中毒较未发生肾中毒的ＣｓＡ浓度值高，但不能提出适宜的治疗窗上限。ＣｓＡ个体差异大。

Objective To analyse the blood concentration of cyclosposin after kidney transplantatation.Method 30 cases were obsesrved.Results The blood concentration of CsA fluctuated around 300ng.ml -1 .The incidence of acute rejection increased with the CsA concentration less than 200ng.ml -1 .The rate of acute rejection was higher in the first and next week after operation.The CsA blood concentation of nephrotoxicity was higher than that of non-nephrotoxicity.Conclusion Determination of blood concentration of CsA is useful in patients after kidney transplantation.
