摘要
为解决杜家村煤矿1201工作面三软煤层大倾角综放工作面倒架、咬架等难题,基于对支架稳定性和现场地质条件及设备情况的分析,建立起支架工作时的力学模型,得出了支架倒架是由于支架上方空顶、工作面倾角大、底板软、顶梁铰接与前梁缺少侧护板和缺少防倒装置等因素综合作用引起的。通过对顶煤铺网、加快推进速度、加设防倒装置、沿煤层底板推进、合理有序移架及工序配合等防治措施,使工作面支架咬架、倒架现象明显减少。
In order to solve the hydraulic powered support toppling down, biting to each other of the powered supports and other difficulties in 1201 high inclined fully mechanized top coal caving mining face in Dujiacun Mine, based on the analysis on the powered support stability and the site geology and equipment conditions, a mechanics model of the powered support in working was established. The modeling results showed that powered supports toppled down were occurred by the comprehensive factors, such as empty roof over the powered support, high inclined coal mining face, soft face floor, articulated roof beam, no side guard plate in the front beam, no toppling protection device and others. With the steel mesh spread under the top coal, the face advancing rate speeded up, toppling prevention device added, the face pushing forward along the face floor, the powered supports rationally in regular sequence moving forward, rational technique and others, the powered supports toppling down and biting to each other of the supports obviously occurred in the coal mining face.
