摘要
基于忻州窑矿巷道时有发生冲击地压,为了保证矿井的安全生产,根据该矿8933工作面所处区域的巷道实际情况,提出了卸压槽爆破防止冲击地压发生的方法,根据施工要求分析得出了卸压槽爆破设计的具体技术参数;同时布设了卸压槽卸压效果观测站。结果表明在冲击地压区域实施卸压槽技术,有效地改善了8933工作面巷道的维护状况,大幅降低了冲击地压事故的发生频率,增加了企业的经济效益和社会效益。
Due to the pressure bumping phenomenon occasionally occurred in the mine gateway of Xinzhou Mine, in order to ensure the mine safety production, according to the actual conditions of the mine gateway in the No. 8933 coal mining face of the mine, the pressure releasing slot blasting method was proposed to prevent the pressure bumping occurred. According to the analysis on the construction re- quirements, certain technical parameters for the design of the pressure releasing slot blasting were obtained. Meanwhile, an observation station of the pressure releasing results with the pressure releasing slots was set up. The results showed that the application of the pressure releasing slot technology in the pressure bumping area could efficiently improve the maintenance conditions of the No. 8933 coal mining gateways and could highly reduce the frequency of the pressure bumping accidents occurred.
