Coal Mining Technology with Fully Mechanized Solid Backfilling Under the Building Structures in Xingtai Mine

摘要 为实现建筑物下采煤与充填工艺的同时进行,解决地面矸石及粉煤灰固体废弃物堆积带来的环境污染问题,以邢台矿7606工作面为研究对象,矸石与粉煤灰作为充填材料,利用自夯式充填开采液压支架对建筑物下采后固体充填试验进行了研究,并对采场矿压、充填体变形情况及7606工作面岩层移动的变形情况进行了监测和分析。结果表明:自夯式充填开采液压支架实现了建筑物下采煤与充填工艺的同时进行,提高了工作面采出率;且充填开采工作面超前应力峰值及影响范围比垮落法管理顶板小得多,没有明显顶板来压显现,充填体能有效控制顶板的运移,确保地表建筑物不受开采的影响。 In order to simultaneously operate the coal mining under the building structures and backfilling technique and to solve the environment polluted problems occurred from the dumping of the coal rejects and fly ash on the surface, taking the No. 7606 coal mining face in Xingtai Mine as the research object and taking the coal rejects and fly ash as the backfilled material, a study on the solid backfill test was conducted after the coal mining under the building structures with self compacted backfilled mining and hydraulic powered supports. The monitoring and t as well as the analysis were conducted on the mining face strata pressure, backfilled material deformation, strata migration and deformation over the No. 7606 coal mining face. The results showed that the self compacted backfilled mining with hydraulic powered supports could be simuhaneously to do the mining operation and backfill operation. Thus the coal mining recovery of the coal mining face could be improved. The advanced stress peat and the influence scope of the backfilled mining face would be smaller than the roof falling of the roof control and there was no obvious strata pressure behaviors. The backfilled material could effectively control the roof migration and could ensure coal mining had no influence to the surface building structures.
