摘要
为提高煤的燃烧效率,以分散剂、氧化剂、渗透剂等高分子材料及纳米材料作原料,通过高速剪切、分散、乳化制得4种不同型号的液态煤炭助燃剂,并使用热重分析仪研究其燃烧动力学,测定其助燃效果。试验结果表明:液态煤炭助燃剂对煤粉有较好的助燃效果,其中4号助燃剂的助燃效果最佳。热重试验结果表明,添加4号助燃剂的煤粉在温度升至600℃时,燃烧失重率比原煤粉增加了16.01%;DTG峰值温度降低35℃,着火点温度降低25℃;煤粉表观活化能降低43.74 kJ/mol,反应级数降低1.247 4。
In order to improve the combustion efficiency, selecting dispersant, oxidant, penetrant and nano-materials to build four liquid coal combustion-supporting agents. The combustion-supporting agents were mixed by shear, dispersion and emulsification. The combustion kinetics was investigated on thermo-gravimetric analyzer (TGA). The results indicated that the combustion-supporting agents had a good effect on the process of coal combustion. The number four combustion-supporting agent had the best effect. The TGA experiment showed that the weight loss rate increased 16.01% when the temperature was 600℃ by adding number four combustion-supporting agent. The DTG peak temperature reduced 35℃ and the ignition temperature reduced 25℃. The dynamics calculation showed that the activation energy of the coal reduced 43.74 kJ/mol and the reaction order reduced 1. 247 4.
