摘要
近年来对膳食和流行病学调查研究结果表明,水果和蔬菜的摄入对机体具有明显的健康促进作用,且可预防多种类型肿瘤的发生,因此从膳食中获取有效预防和治疗肿瘤的成份已成为目前人们普遍关注的问题。芹菜素(apigenin)又称芹黄素,是一种广泛存在于植物中的黄酮类化合物。有研究表明,芹菜素具有抗炎、抗氧化、抗肿瘤、抗病毒、免疫调节、保护心血管、抗突变等生物学作用。本文综述了芹菜素抗肿瘤作用分子机制的研究进展。
