中医药治疗疾病体现其整体调节、个性化治疗、疗效可靠、毒副作用小、费用相对低廉等优势而受到医患双方的青睐,但在治疗乙型肝炎时也面临了一些亟待解决的问题。本文就中医学对乙肝病因病机的认识,辨病和辨证,给药途径,疗效再评价等方面,谈谈中医药治疗乙肝面临的困惑。

The traditional Chinese medical treatment of disease are favored and accepted by doctors and patients, which are embodied by its overall adjustment, personalized treatment, reliable efficacy, lower drug side effects, the relatively lower cost and so on during medical work, but the traditional Chinese medical treatment of hepatitis B faces some questions that need to be solved. Some puzzles of the etiology and pathogenesis of hepatitis B, differentiation of symptoms and differentiation of diseases, route of administration, and re-evaluation of therapeutic effect are analyzed and discussed in the thesis.
