多普勒观察挑刺联合穴位注射治疗慢性附睾炎33例

The Curative Effects of Prick-acupuncture and Point Injection on the Chronic Epididymitis by Doppler Ultrasonogram

目的:观察挑刺联合穴位注射法治疗慢性附睾炎的临床疗效。方法:采用随机方法将60例慢性附睾炎患者分为两组,实验组:观察挑刺联合穴位注射法治疗慢性附睾炎患者症状及彩超的改变情况。对照组:观察运用司帕沙星治疗慢性附睾炎患者症状及彩超的改变情况。结果:实验组及对照组均较治疗前有改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),实验组较对照组改善情况更加明显,两者差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:挑刺联合穴位注射法对慢性附睾炎具有明显的疗效。

Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of prick-acupuncture and point injection on patients with chronic epididymitis. Methods A total of 60 cases of chronic epididymitis were randomly divided into two groups, the experimental group and the control group. In 12 weeks, 33 cases of experimental group took prick-acupuncture and point injection therapy, and 27 cases of control group took dosage of Sparfloxacin. Both groups were documented in accordance with the changes of the symptoms and Color Doppler Uhrasonogram. Results Both groups show that there was significant differences before and after the treatment （P 〈 0. 05 ） , hut the experimental group shows a marked improvement alleviation was compared with the control group, the differences are significant （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Prick-acupuncture and point injection therapy has an obvious therapeutic effect on patients with Chronic Epididymitis.
