摘要
学界对于现代教育的界定说法不一,但多数学者认为现代教育的基本特征是培养全面发展的人、教育与生产劳动相结合、科学精神与人文精神相结合、教育的民主化等。传统的教师角色如果不改变已经不能适应现代教育的要求。因此,现代教育下的教师角色应重新定位。
Modern education has been defined in various ways by different scholars but the cognition of modem education＇ s basic features are considered identical , that is, cultivating all--round development students, combining education and productive labor, combining scientific spirit and humanistic spirit, educational democracy and so on. In the angle of modern education ,it is urgent to transform teacher＇s role because they can not be adapted to modern educational requests. In the angle of modern education, the role of modern instructors should be defined once again.
