学科化服务是当代图书馆服务的创新趋势之一,也是图书馆最具发展潜力的一种服务模式。学科服务用户和学科馆员是学科服务系统中起决定作用的部分,学科化服务需要人本管理,才能保障学科化服务高效有序地进行。
The discipline service is one of contemporary library service innovation tendencies, also the library developing potential service pattern. The discipline service user and the discipline librarian are in the discipline service system the decision function part, the discipline service need human management, which can safeguard the discipline service effectively.
