牙龈收缩线及暂时冠修复法治疗牙冠桥修复的临床观察

Clinical Observation of Gingival Retraction Line and Temporary Crown Bridge Repair Therapy

目的推荐牙龈收缩线及暂时冠修复法治疗牙冠桥修复,减少牙周组织的影响,探讨牙冠桥修复的最佳方法。方法对46例牙冠桥修复患者,平均分为两组,每组23例患者,一组为采用牙龈收缩线及暂时冠修复法进行修复,二组采用常规牙冠桥修复方法,并分别对其临床观察和临床评价总结分析。结果对两组46例牙冠桥修复患者治疗后临床评价对比及平均疗效分析,一组疗效1占86.9%,疗效2占11.6%,疗效3占1.5%;二组疗效1占61%,疗效2占27.3%,疗效3占11.7%。结论牙龈收缩线及暂时冠修复法治疗牙冠桥修复,疗效明显好与常规牙冠桥修复方法。

Objective To recommend the temporary crown gingival retraction line and bridge repair method for the treatment of crown restoration to reduce the impact of periodontal tissues to explore the best way to repair the bridge crown.Methods Total 46 cases of crown bridge repair patients were divided into two groups of 23 patients,a group for the introduction of gingival retraction line and a temporary crown repair method,two sets of conventional crown bridge repair methods,and The clinical observation and clinical evaluation were analyzed.Results 46 cases of the two groups after treatment crown bridge repair in patients with clinical evaluation and the average effect of contrast analysis,group I accounted for 86.9% efficacy 1,accounting for 11.6% of efficacy 2,efficacy 3 accounted for 1.5%;group Ⅱ accounted for 61% effect 1,efficacy 2 accounts for 27.3%,efficacy 3 accounted for 11.7%.Conclusion The gingival retraction line and a temporary crown treatment of crown bridge repair,significantly better efficacy compared with conventional crown bridge repair methods.
